SSK Capital — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SSK Capital intelligence platform, including any associated messaging integrations, APIs, or web interfaces (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a financial advisory firm or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Permitted Use
The Platform is made available exclusively to authorized users at financial advisory firms that have entered into a channel partner agreement with SSK Capital LLC. Access is non-transferable and limited to the scope of services described in your firm’s agreement with SSK Capital.
You may use the Platform to access company intelligence, valuation estimates, and M&A research for the purpose of advising clients on business exit planning and related wealth management matters.
3. Confidentiality
All information provided through the Platform, including company profiles, valuation estimates, buyer analyses, and deal intelligence, is confidential and proprietary to SSK Capital. You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose Platform output to any party other than your clients in the ordinary course of your advisory practice, without prior written consent from SSK Capital.
4. Data Accuracy and No Warranty
Platform output is derived from third-party data sources, proprietary analytical models, and publicly available information. SSK Capital makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. All valuation estimates, sellability assessments, and buyer analyses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, legal advice, or a fairness opinion.
You acknowledge that M&A transactions involve significant complexity and risk, and that Platform output is intended to supplement, not replace, professional judgment and due diligence.
5. No Client Data
The Platform is designed to operate without access to your clients’ personal financial information. Do not submit client names, account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other personally identifiable financial information through the Platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, analytical frameworks, scoring methodologies, and software are the exclusive property of SSK Capital LLC. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership interest in the Platform or its underlying technology.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SSK Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any reliance on Platform output in connection with a client transaction.
8. Modifications
SSK Capital reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
